About me
Simon McCarthy, MD is a fourth-year psychiatry resident at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. Prior to starting his career in medicine, Simon worked at Epic as a Technical Problem Solver on the emergency department team. He collaborated with institutions to streamline the user interface and assisted in training providers to leverage the various tools within Epic. This included ways of gathering collateral information on patients to make the safest decisions possible.
