About me
Pooja Amin is a third-year medical student at Des Moines University, interested in child psychiatry and pediatrics. She attended Northeastern University for her undergraduate studies in Biology and Economics and went on to earn her Masters in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a 2024 APA SAMHSA Summer Medical Student Awardee and a Co-editor of the Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP) Medical Student and Residents Committee Newsletter.
