About me

Following 29 years in private practice, Dr Busch joined the faculty of University of Hawaii after obtaining his MPH. He was Director of Medical Education and Patient Care at the Queens Hospital Psychiatric Emergency Department from 2020-2024, focusing on curriculum development. He was site director of forensic psychiatry training during this time as well. He is also participating in the development of a model curriculum for child and adolescent substance use disorders at AADPRT.
