About me

Dr. Im is a board-certified emergency physician serving as the Director of Quality and Safety for Mass General Brigham (MGB) Enterprise Emergency Medicine, comprised of 10 emergency departments. In her role as the Director of Behavioral Health, she oversees the Behavioral Health Observation Unit at Brigham and Women’s Hospital—a dedicated observation area for behavioral health patients awaiting evaluation, treatment, and disposition in the ED.
