About me
Christina Jones is an ER nurse of 20 years and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She is passionate about providing quality crisis mental health care in the emergency department and actively works on projects in her ER to promote safety for patients and staff. She won the American Academy of the Colleges of Nursing’s “Excellence in Advancing Nursing Practice Award” for 2023 for her doctorate project introducing mental health education into her community public school district.
