About me
Dr Wong is an Associate Professor in the Yale Department of Emergency Medicine with a focus on teamwork, patient safety, behavioral health, and healthcare disparities. He is the Research Director and Simulation Fellowship Director at the Yale Center for Healthcare Simulation. He also has expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods techniques for health services research. He uses novel technologies and systems approaches to address workplace violence and improve patient and staff safety related to crisis management.
